This is a quick summary of just a few of the many things you can do. There are lots of additional features if you read the 15 or so page manual. But this is a quick one page taste of what the tracking portal is like...

Get started:
1) click on - 'Click here to view an online demo'
2) Find the he Control Panel is found on the left side of the screen:

AUTHORIZATION TAB:
1) Click on "Demonstration Mode".
2) Click on "Acknowledge" which will appear on the center of the screen.
3) Wait a few seconds for the the vehicles to load and you will see a map on your screen.

MAP CONTROL TAB:
1) Click the Zoom +/- or roll your mouse wheel screen to zoom in or out.
2) check 'Center' to center the vehicles on the screen.
3) Find moving vehicles by looking at yellow rectangles on the screen.
4) Check optimize zoom to get the best zoom level that shows all the vehicles you are looking at.
5) Switch between Satellite, Map, Hybrid or Bird's Eye view as you wish.
6) Hover the mouse pointer above to see some info on each vehicle (speed, direction, and etc. updating every 10-seconds).
7) Click on one of the vehicles and a new Vehicle Data screen will appear. You can do various things here by clicking on various buttons - follow vehicle, show address for the current address the vehicle is at, etc.

ACTIVITY PANEL:
1) Click Activity Panel to view LIVE data from other fleet vehicles; Click again to hide.

DEVICES TAB:
1) Click the single Vehicle tab and scroll down to select a vehicle. All vehicles will disappear except the vehicle you selected.

REPORTS TAB:
1) Click REPORTS tab.
2) Click Online Reports.
3) Click on whichever report you want to see.
4) Select Vehicle.
5) Select Date.
6) Click Generate Report.

ALERT SYSTEM TAB:
1) Click ALERT SYSTEM tab.
2) Click Show Alert Editor.
3) Click to add whichever alert you want (i.e. zone, speed, panic, etc).
5) Follow on screen instructions.

SEARCH TAB:
1) Click SEARCH tab.
2) Type something to searching for (i.e. pizza).
3) Click Search (then zoom out for best results).

DISPATCH & DIRECTIONS TAB:
1) Click DISPATCH & DIRECTIONS tab.
2) Click Route Planner.
3) Type in addresses.

ADDRESS TAB:
1) Click on Address search and find an address
2) Click ADDRESS tab.
3) Click Show Address Editor.
4) Click Add an Address.
5) Type name and address.
6) Click Save Address.

LIVE SUPPORT TAB:
1) Click LIVE SUPPORT tab.
2) Click LIVE Support. ( Live Support Chat Hours 7am - 7pm CST Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm CST Saturday )

HISTORICAL PLAYBACK TAB:
1) Click HISTORICAL PLAYBACK
2) Select Date & then play.
